Academy House Inn Policies Check in is at 3:00 pm | Check out is at 11:00 am
Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before reserved check in day, if not a fee of $50 will be charged to credit card number obtained at time of reservation.
Late arrival of one day or more without notice to the Innkeeper may/will result in loss of accommodations, there is no guarantee of a room when there is no notice of a late arrival.
There is no alcohol served on the premises, if guests do have their own spirits the Academy House Inn takes no responsibility for any damages to any objects in the building or outside of the building and will only be the responsibility of the guest to repair or pay any damages incurred to the house at the time of their stay.
